More than 48 Hours Notice: For cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice before the scheduled service, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Less than 48 Hours Notice: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply.

Same day cancellations: Full service fee will be charged.
