  • Single Visit - 30 minutes

    Recommended for independent, low-maintenance indoor cats that are accustomed to being alone and do not require frequent supervision. Also ideal for cats with automatic feeders or self-sufficient routines.

  • Single Visit - 1 hour

    Ideal for indoor cats that enjoy longer play sessions and more human interaction. Suitable for cats that require a bit more attention or have more elaborate feeding or grooming needs.

  • 2 Visits a Day - 30 minutes

    Outdoor or indoor cats who need more frequent checks for feeding, water, and litter changes. This option is also ideal for cats that enjoy social interaction but are still fairly independent, plus it adds an extra layer of security for your home.

  • 2 Visits a Day - 1 hour

    Perfect for active cats, playful kittens, or those that crave extra attention and stimulation, this option also works well for senior cats or those requiring medication. It ensures extended care and monitoring, while also providing added security for your home.

  • 3 Visits a Day - 30 minutes

    Perfect for needy or high-energy cats that require more frequent engagement throughout the day. This option works well for outdoor cats to ensure they return safely or for households with multiple pets needing regular care, all while providing extra security for your home..

    Best for kittens, cats requiring medication, or those recovering from an illness or surgery. this option offers the highest level of attention and care. It ensures your cat is monitored and engaged throughout the day, while also providing added security for your home.

  • Overnight

    Currently I don’t offer overnight stays as part of my cat sitting services. However, if you would like to discuss this option or a bespoke alternative, feel free to get in touch—I’m always happy to explore how I can help.

Additional Information

WHAT IS INCLUDED

All services include:

✔ Caring for Any Number of Cats: No extra charge for multiple cats.
✔ Complimentary Meet and Greet: Initial visit to get acquainted.
✔ Feeding: Feeding, refreshing water and keeping the feeding station clean and tidy.
✔ Litter Tray Maintenance: Scooping the litter tray (full cleaning and changing litter when required)
✔ Quality Time: Engaging with your cat through play or companionship.
✔ Fur Brushing: Keeping your cat's coat in top condition.
✔ Daily Updates: Photos, videos, and status reports on your pet’s well-being.
✔ Home Care: Wheeling the bins out, opening/closing blinds or curtains, and watering house plants.

VISIT HOURS

Visit hours are between 8am and 9pm. If your cat has a strict feeding schedule or requires medication at a specific time, I’ll do my best to accommodate this, though it is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We can discuss timing preferences in more detail during the meet and greet visit.

Mileage Charges
For locations beyond the 8-mile radius from Hemel Hempstead, a mileage charge of 45p per mile will apply, based on the UK suggested rate. If you’re unsure whether your area is covered, please feel free to reach out!

Areas Exempt from Mileage Charges:

• HP1, HP2, HP3, HP4, HP5 – Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, and Chesham
• WD4 – Kings Langley
• WD5 – Abbots Langley

OTHER FEES

  • Flat Rate: Service rates apply for every day of the week.
  • Bank Holidays: 50% surcharge applies. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day will be charged at double the normal fee.
  • Key Pick-Up/Drop-Off: £2 (no charge for residents in HP1 , HP2, HP3)
  • Parking: Please provide parking details when booking. Any parking fees incurred will be added to the final invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • More than 48 Hours Notice: For cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice before the scheduled service, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Less than 48 Hours Notice: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply.
  • Same day cancellations: Full service fee will be charged.
